Rang to get help and advice for a homeless person. First lady helpful and understanding got someone to call us back. Lady who called back abrupt arrogant and just not interested. No help at all. Really disappointing.

Doubling my council tax to £5500 a year because due to Covid and the huge price rises I still haven’t completed my renovations …

Only service I’ve ever used on the internet which seems to purposefully make it harder to pay them.

Hambleton district council was incredibly helpful…how lucky we are to be able to speak to a human being! we’ve just moved from Harrogate. ..and they are arrogant and you’d be lucky to speak on the phone to anyone as they like you to do everything on line ….but sometimes it’s not possible and it’s nice to talk!

Although the staff are pleasant Hambleton District Council aren’t customer friendly if you are Dyspraxic and a Carer to your Mum who has Alzheimer’s. Carers have enough to cope with without having to fill in numerous forms just to get some …

Random council tax demands without warning and court threats if you question their errors, discourteous and poorly trained, arrogant phone staff. Hard to find any positives when dealing with them.
