Hambleton district council was incredibly helpful…how lucky we are to be able to speak to a human being! we’ve just moved from Harrogate. ..and they are arrogant and you’d be lucky to speak on the phone to anyone as they like you to do everything on line ….but sometimes it’s not possible and it’s nice to talk!

Random council tax demands without warning and court threats if you question their errors, discourteous and poorly trained, arrogant phone staff. Hard to find any positives when dealing with them.
