The telephone service communicates “we don’t want your call, please go away”. The message gave me a number to another department who referred me straight back because the reference number wasn’t theirs. Generally speaking someone hangs up after fifteen minutes of ringing. Kafkaesque in the extreme.

Absolutely disgraceful. Sending fines and summons to my home for numerous people who don’t live here and who I’ve never heard of. Refusing to answer there phones for 3 days before I gave up. Obviously they don’t care as they don’t read there reviews. The UK is turning into a third world country because of people like this.

Got sent a parking ticket for 2001 for a car that I never owned. I been told that it can only be resolved at Highbury and Islington magistrates but they keep fobbing me off. We have been calling for days and all in vain what a service in a United Kingdom Magistrates Court. This morning I was told all lines are busy call back later not even to say hold on or stay on the line we will attend to you or even give options / direction to other departments.

It’s just a plain drab building, nothing special. Sorted out some legal stuff and didn’t stay long. I’m surprised it hasn’t changed much since I left London as the building looks boring and tired. It could do with s facelift!!!

The 5 stars are for the witnesses service they been very nice and they came with me in the court and supported me till the end .I will say a big thank you to all of them and keep doing you brilliant job .

Never answer the phone. Shocking service, especially considering this being an establishment of law dealing with issues of great importance and extremely stressful matters for those needing to contact someone

Wrost calling experince… trying to sort out the address but calls got hanged up after waiting so long

This courthouse is a sick joke. It is like a slum outside. Its dangerous and fithy forecourt just shows it’s disregard for any human or civilising features. This in the heart of a borough that prides itself on cleanliness. You have to give it one star to post but this is the no star courthouse.

Should probably remove your contact number considering no one EVER answers, even during the times told. Useless service. Better chance winning the lottery

Facilities are very bed, no toilet roll, smelly place and court doesn’t run on time.

I have tried calling and only ever get the automated phone message. I have also emailed as suggested (several times) and have never received a reply. How is anyone supposed to get in touch?!

Clerks have no idea what they are doing. It is like daycare. They are just there so they are not somewhere else.

Court hearing was cancelled wasn’t informed. Waited over an hour to be told hearing had been cancelled 9 days ago! Impossible to get through to anyone via phone.

I would have given this courthouse negative five stars but 1 star is the lowest grade possible…probably one of my worst experiences of UK services in 20 years of living here

Good court, my trial was heard very fairly and always good to get a not guilty and rub it in the crappy police force, waisting tax man’s money, the arresting officer should be punished 2 for being racist, but it’s always good to proof them wrong and always happy to get justice.
