Every time I call in I never have a problem, the staff are always very helpful and professional, maybe the people giving bad feedback have attitude problems, just bear in mind the agents are just doing their jobs, try treating them with the respect they deserve.

Vultures and inadequate, misguided so called degenerates – unfulfilling ‘existence jobs’ for very poor representation of people’s borough council. Fortune spent on council buildings but not for the people of Hinckley & Bosworth. Crass to the core; not one star.

Backward thinking and wasteful when dealing with their customers, the public. Also insist on taxing all public car parks so that their customers stay away from town centre and public parks!
