Avoid. They will ignore your claims. My phone was stolen and I submitted a claim. They said they were reviewing it early January. It is now end of March and they have ignored my last 3 emails asking for updates. Absolutely do not recommend.

Avoid at all costs! If I could give zero stars I would. They will fob you off, ignore your emails and refuse to pay out when you have a genuine claim. I have an ongoing claim that still has not been resolved since September 2022!! I will be taking legal action. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Sadly this company hides behind their T&Cs rather than offering good customer service and understanding. Another company which puts profit over people – best avoiding for other more considerate.

Im utterly frustrated this company is awful. I have tried to make a claim on my phone that was stolen, I have all the correct documents and the right cover on my policy. I have been passed onto five different email addresses now, and still no one has even started to investigate. There is nothing easy about this company.
