Used a few times but 5 out of 5 were all good and positive experience so far. Get a few priced options from various couriers that I can’t normally use due to smaller volume. Service is easy to use, courier collects on day arranged, all deliveries have arrived safe and on time.
Beck was excellent at handling case. Very impressed with her fast response and manner. You’re package is in safe hands when she is handling it. Will use again.
We use interparcel every week, great choice of courier services all in one place. We always use UPS for shipping our pots and this site is cheaper than using UPS direct. Excellent customer service when things need sorting. Highly recommended Selina was very helpful today.

Abysmal customer service. Charged us £41 for RTS on a parcel where no delivery attempt was made. After 12 years being a loyal customer, this is how they treat you. Will never use again.

Interparcel are generally very good at helping out with parcel changes. The customer service is generally spot on, some staff are incredible with support whilst others still feel like they are training. Roela is always very helpful and very fast at helping, much appreciate the expertise and fantastic customer service.

Do not use this service. They will send you an extra invoice with charges and claim they are from the currier and will not provide proof of said charges. The extra charges will be more expensive than the original charge to send the parcel. Awful service. Do not use.
A mistake was made while entering the recipients details on an order but wasn’t noticed until order had been paid for and labels printed. Katrina on the quick chat was able to amend it very quickly and was really helpful.

What used to be an excellent service has over the last 3 months become a continued catalogue of disasters and disappointments every time the Interparcel service is used. Interparcel do a very good job but are so often let down by the individual couriers. When things do go wrong they are fast to respond and get things resolved (assuming the courier does what they say they will). Today Salome helped me rebook a failed collection and helped me complain about the atrocious behaviour of the courier.
