Write a ReviewDreadful trip to Croatia. 2nd hotel (4 nights) was dirty, room so noisy and overlooking car park, hot food NOT hot and reception team at Bluesun Resort simply not interested in giving us clean rooms or listening to our concerns. Guide inexperienced, waffled.

Been ringing daily for 3 weeks to book a holiday, No reply. Used them from 2013 n had fab holidays, but looks like their service has gone downhill now. Not good. Very disappointed. Shouldn’t be hanging on to speak to them no more than 10 minutes

Terrible service! Keep ringing and ringing their phone number. No replies. Have been on several holidays with them in the past and the service was good. Not so any more. Much better solo holidays out there and cheaper!
