Knowsley Council Bin Men leaving bins on the public path after emptying from Copplehouse Court, Copplehouse Lane L10 0AE. No one can get past especially with a pram or wheelchair and this happens on regular basis – they need to be put back where they are left. An eyesore for sure!!
Very disappointing experience with bulk waste removal. They never turned up despite taking money and we abiding all the instructions. Worst is no concrete reply was given why it was not collected in two consecutive occasions. It’s a shame they don’t bother with their incompetence
