What a joke – doesn’t even answer phone lines, waste of time

A complete corrupt organisation – operating around lies, fraud and untruths. There is and has never been a place in society for an organisation such as this. It is beyond belief what goes on.

Not somewhere you particularly want to visit but my daughter and I were treated with a lot of respect and care by the lovely staff.

Just when I’d lost all faith in courts and cafcas, the lady at this court saved me by getting my order typed up urgently with in 2 hours and emailed to me, Trish I will never be able to thankyou enough and I hope you enjoy your flowers. Absoloutely pathetic service, they have now twice not attached documents which were posted into the counter personally by myself and there is no one to question their efficiency. Just seems like a bunch of kids working their without anyone checking their quality of service/ work. GETTING PAID ON TAX PAYERS MONEY FOR DOING NOTHING

We attended Leicester Crown Court as witnesses yesterday and were very impressed with the Covid measures, the Court itself and the volunteer gentleman who put us at ease while we were waiting to give evidence.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Mr Robinson and the security team for helping to find my girlfriend’s Pandora Bracelet which was misplaced in the court earlier on in the day. They were more than helpful and we’re very happy that someone was kind enough to hand the bracelet back in.

I been have waiting 3 weeks for paperwork to be signed by the judge and they are constantly moving the dates back. There is never a definite answer as a result I could end up homeless not happy at all.

The staff are really friendly and as discreet as possible when it comes to handling you and your belongings. For heavens sake don’t loose that blue bingo slip XD

Not the type of “justice” that should be handed out in all truth as the UK killing rate goes up, the sentences as with the Kelly Machin case get shorter.

Very friendly and polite staff – when I did my work experience here over the summer everyone was welcoming and went out of their way to help answer any questions I had.

My wife work here. So I went to drop her to work.
They all work more hard during this corona virus pendemic.

What kind of place is this don’t answer the phone for jury service but if I don’t show up they want to fine me … takes the pics 10am on a Friday and no one to answer a phone ..
