Small claims process- I can’t comment on the people but the communications are terribly slow. Letters go missing, enforcing judgements is laborious and complex. Wrongdoers must be encouraged to sit tight and ignore court judgements.

I just hope the jury seating in the Court has improved over the last few years. The hard wooden jury bench gave me a bad back for longer than the defendant’s jail sentence! …

Got through to 2 General enquiries rang 4 minutes no answer. I have tried to call back and none of the numbers given appear to be working. The call was made at 3.20 p.m.
