i fell into the trap with trying to make contact by phone to the cost of £17.42. i must have either fallen asleep waiting for my call to be answered or didnt put the receiver down correctly plusnet informed me, a call was registered lasting over three hours. .NO ANSWER FROM THE COURT AND NO REFUND FROM PLUSNET. pls be aware

Can never get through on the phone, tried multiple times regarding court hearings! Even if you do get through it automatically cuts you off! Been like it for months!! …

Useless as they never answers phone calls

Worst court phone lines keep you on hold for an hour automatically cuts off, can never get through to get information, the amount of money the courts make through the misery of others, a disgrace not answering public calls.
