Not only do they sell rubbish, they won’t take it back. They won’t check the faulty goods in store, but send off to head office. Head office decide whether or not something is faulty, and frankly cheat. Forget about trading standards tbh.

Avoid Machine Mart. They have the worst aftersales service, basically there is no customer service, they Do Not Allow Returns and could’nt care less about their customers. Its about time they started to realise people vote with their feet ! I will never use them again and would tell anyone I know not to use them.

BE WARNED THAT MACHINE MART DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS. ANYONE RETURNING AN ITEM WHETHER FAULTY OR NOT WILL RECEIVE A CREDIT NOTE ONLY FROM A VERY SMUG AND RUDE SALES ASSISTANT.THEY TAKE GREAT PLEASURE IN LETTING YOU KNOW AND WILL QUOTE MACHINE MARTS POLICY. THE SAD THING IS THAT NOBODY KNOWS THIS UNTIL THEY HAVE BOUGHT AN ITEM.
