Friendly staff and majority of customers are good too. Decent selection of draught beers on the bar . Croupiers always willing to help you out also with any questions . 10 pound minimum on most tables which can be pricey over course of night out .

I was so excited to visit this place again after about 6 years. It’s sad to see how run down it’s looking with worn carpets and seats. I still like the place but it’s like seeing an old friend who’s fallen on hard times.

In all the time, after work. Staff are lovely Food is good for that time in the morning. Can get a bit rough sometimes because of the type of venue but security are quick to act and handle excelently.

Beautiful place which is immaculate in the centre of Glasgow City centre. Drinks are reasonably priced considering it’s a casino and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Great place for a night out as there are other cheaper priced game machines to play if you don’t want to play the big tables.

It was pretty cool to go here, I’ve never been to a casino before. I would have liked it if there were people who could explain the games and stuff a bit better, as I had no idea what was going on, but it was a new experience to say the least.

Had lunch there a few times good value for money was there yesterday waited half an hour for waitress to take order then another half hour to be served wasn’t even busy will give it another go maybe just an off day .

Trying to get a wee drink is like pulling teeth, and I’m not talking alcohol, simply a juice. Staff attitudes are not the best and there are other casinos in the vicinity that offer much better and friendlier service.

I loved it! It’s cozy, fancy, professional staff, tasty drinks and most importantly we won our day expenses… recommended

Was spiked in here, start of Sept 2021. Avoid this place as we all agreed it was full of strange customers. Luckily friends looked after me.

Was getting cash out one of the cash withdrawal terminals inside the games room and was short £140. Been told i will need to wait up to 20 days to credit my account.was even more surprised to hear this happens alot. Grosvenor you need new terminals, not good enough!

First time visit and very impressed by the layout and friendliness of the staff, plenty to see and play the games of your choice, well worth visiting if you like a bet or are in the area.

Food was really nice. Home made burgher and very nice chips crispy on the outside nice and fluffy on the inside £5 including soft drink/tea/coffee

Great place to go after a night out, if you still want to have some food and drinks to relax some more, you can buy more drinks up to 5.30 in the morning
