Would give zero stars. This council don’t care about concrete being dropped on their citizens and will not support you if something happens. Of course, they’ll say they will but telly they can’t be bothered.

Just arranged collection of sofa. Had to ring twice- my fault. Got through immediately both times and spoke to Anna and Gillian- very, very pleasant, polite, efficient. Great service x

Everytime I ring there’s always someone on the other end of the phone with an attitude. I rang to enquire about a certain situation and mentioned how I felt the last person who dealt with my call didn’t seem like they could be arsed to do …

Called just to make an enquire and was greeted by one unwelcoming and unfriendly individual by the name of Nikki / Nicola.
Zero knowledge on the questions I requird answers to and spoke very unprofessionally.

Is not customer services fault, dishonesty comes from management!! Unfortunately they tell lies like breathing air, it is very natural to him.. someone even get confused with their names!!

Quite happy to take a council tax bill that you don’t owe (on a house you no longer live in). But, not quite so happy to pay the refund back. Absolute joke.

Had an issue with my bin collection being missed and it was sorted quickly and the staff were very helpful

Absolute joke, never follow up on what they should do, the village is covered with potholes that are left unfilled and have been sending diggers out working out of hours on some green belt land near us, when not supposed to waking residents …

Easy to get to , was sorting a bus pass for my wife. Noticed that they had no electric car chargers in the car park. Maybe this should be looked into. Hence the 4 stars.

Website is near enough useless. Trying to report an unemptied bin but it just sends you round and round in circles. It’s bad enough having to report an unemptied bin in the first place. It’s not rocket science
