I wish I could give no stars. Dissappointed and no professionalism, having travelled for over an hour to get here for 10am, turned out there was another 13 people to yet be seen, waited over two hours, waste of time and no consideration.

Don’t expect a tribunal room to look like the images provided by the courts and tribunal service. The layouts of the courts I have been into are all intimidating to be in as the claimant.

On one of the hottest days of the year, the air-conditioning was inadequate in the public area. There wasn’t any cold-drinks vending machine. They did not even have a water fountain or any other source of drinking water fro the public.

Disgusting place staff are very rude management are useless places like this made a complete mockery of the British justice system keep abusing people north Staffordshire justice Centre your staff ain’t above the law like you believe
