I have a house where a shop was converted to an apartment, and they forced me to install a business meter. They said that because I belonged to the landlord, it was considered business. Have you ever heard of such a thing? Isn’t this ridiculous?

I have tried a few electric companies and as soon as join after couple months they up the prices. Always end up back to NIE and won’t be changing again.

Cutting electricity to a whole street for an issue they created anyway, get ridiculous when it happens more than once with no prior notice. At least their customer service agents are polite

4 or 5 power outages in the last year. No excuse in this day and age.
