Slow and not considerate to customers. It took them 2 months to open an account with them. They got my month rent wrong and are trying to overcharge it without giving a valid reason. There online portal is user unfriendly and cannot report repairs as the webpage is not responding.
The worst experience ever! Residents and families left without hot water on too many occasions! Too many problems in just one housing development of theirs, poor service and lack of communication. Inadequate provision of hot water in a block over the winter with noone able to fix it! Horrible place to live at and pay for!
