Oadby and Wigston District Council reviews

I’ve found the Oadby and Wigston council to be extremely helpful from the beginning and they continue to be very efficient with any problems or repairs. All the staff are very helpful and polite, Pete is a great housing officer and everyone I’ve dealt with within the council has been amazing. Thank you for the great work you do!

Whenever they want something (usually more money from us) then they’d be quick to act. If we want something from them, then they’re about useful as a chocolate teapot.

Disgusted about the new carpark charges in Wigston Town centre at a time when we should all be helping out the independent retailer. I for one won’t be shopping in Wigston anymore. Such a shame!

No customer service. The reception is closed. They have shut there centre in town. Because everything is online. So there’s plenty of parking. 😂😂 …

Staff are great, but it actually closes at 18:00, not 19:00 as on the website… Or as advertised on the gate when we rocked up at 18:30… Have left garden waste in car overnight. May have to abandon if spiders have claimed it…

Maybe if they can speak to people nicely over the phone. A simple answer you will get is
“ wait for our call and email.”
