Company is only interested in your money and they offers zero after sales service. The staff at Oak Tree Mobility frequently lie, make false promises and they utilise high pressure sales tactics to get you to part with your money. Definitely dodged a bullet by avoiding this company.

This company asked three times for a trustpilot review BEFORE they had even given me a delivery date, let alone delivered. The salesman was condescending. For these and other reasons, I cancelled. They reacted with a £200 discount (which I refused) and they said an agent would call to discuss. No one called. This is an arrogant company.

Abysmal, first chair wasn’t to the spec ordered and didn’t work properly, second chair not put together properly and the cabling underneath came loose and cut the wires. 3 weeks later and my disabled mothers repair man has rung from the wrong house. Would not recommend.

Absolutely love the chair and bed from Oaktree, have been a massive help in coping with recent challenges getting around. The service was even better than the products as a lovely young man delivered and installed both items, and all it cost was a cup of tea! Highly recommeded
