I visited the hospital this morning after calling 111. I was greeted by an efficient and friendly receptionist. I waited over my appointment time because of an emergency which is common in the health service. I was assessed by a member of staff and met 3 more staff in the xray department. They were all professional and friendly.

Fantastic community hospital and the staff are pleasant and really helpful.
Just wanted to thank all the staff who looked after me today. The care and treatment I received from start with receptionist to end with practitioner was so timely, helpful, kind and friendly.

Walk in with my 3 years old daughter on my hand. Told receptionist that she got hight temp (over 39) and breathing very hard… The only thing he told me to call 111 to get appointment!

Attended for Covid Injection. There was a queue but moved quickly.
Can get busy at times, staff very helpful, not AE. You have to pay to use car park
Now that you get an appointment via the 111 service you get in and out much quicker.
Went for physio and the nurse was brilliant
Couldn’t be more helpful and lovely to me and my son when we needed to be seen.
