Refused to take my recycling bin because of 1 ITEM which had been deposited in it by a passer by whilst out for collection. PCC are THE MOST petty uncaring council in the South East. Lazy, incompetent and uneducated.

Reallly poor and random service , I never show like them service . I got 2 letter for councle tax . I don’t know why . Once a time they send tax letter all councle ,just fix how much they count but here like a ghost bill . And officially service one kind of panic .

Contacted them regarding housing issues. And they put my on hold for currently 2 hours and 19 minutes. They’re lazy and very unprofessional.

Absolutely useless. Just tried to renew my parking permit an using the information they gave me, they are saying it is invalid.

Charging me £90 without any reason and then ignore me when I contact them!! Robbing people of their money! Worst council ever.

More chance of getting hold of the queen than these people. On hold for over 2 hours and still nothing. Absolute disgrace.

Specially, licencing department too much slow , we are customer desperate we have to wait or ruined life, they don’t care , can’t wait than go doesn’t matter how long you waiting, they are busy but they pretend to be more busy.

No help with constant dog fouling. Don’t seem to care about any issues at all. Worst council ever!
