The two gentleman working here are friendly and helpful. They were very patient with me as I prepared my parcels and answered any questions that I had. They double checked the addresses on my parcels to make sure everything was written correctly and filled in completely. I will certainly be going back to this post office.

Incompetent staff. Overcharged me for a postal service I didn’t ask for, she then challenged me saying that’s what I requested. When I asked for them to reverse it she made me queue up again just to deny me a refund because I paid by card 🙂

I put a post on here last summer about rude staff and surprised that other people are still saying the same thing. I thought their rudeness was just targeted against me but it appears not. Head Office pls do something about it. You can’t ignore what people are saying. Rudeness should never be tolerated.
