Very helpful service and always had loans at right time and they have always been settled on time. The customer service on phone was very helpful and problems where sorted quickly without any delays. I would recommend this service to others and have no problem using the service again in the future if needed.

Sent bank statements and wage slip and still asks for you to send one of these as the cannot see the wages even though you can see the name clear as day. Have used quidMarket before and didn’t have this problem so don’t know why now before so quick and easy and recommend to others maybe a glitch in the systems.

Great customer service,had to ring about my circumstances changing because I’ve broken 2 ribs and am currently only receiving ssp, only took a minute for them to say they would put my account on hold for 60 days with no charges being added in that time.

My credit score is poor but I’m in a situation financially where I can pay off loans, luckily they were able to help me out. High interest is a shame, I think the more loans you get and build that relationship the lower the apr should be.

quick service, hassel free, i simply filled out the form on a sunday night and the funds were transferred the next morning. the paperwork was clear and easy to understand. i would perfer a way to make repayments/early settlement from the website instead of having to call them.

Got the loan but took over 2 days, email/text updates would be helpful, recieved text messages to send statements ect. But I think different people were dealing with the me as I had to upload the same documents and repeatedly send the same texts and emails.
