I have only given 4 stars because I couldn’t find the door. They were closed and there was no sign saying they were closed. I had to push a cheque under one of the doors, because I had to pay a very expensive bill. I didn’t like doing that. On a plus side they did ring me and tell me they had received it
They left my mum with no gas or electric since 8am it’s now 9pm & the electrician has said he’s going to be another 4+ hours, the call centre are absolutely useless (apart from the lady I just spoke to) it’s a disgrace no duty of care for there elderly disabled clients!!!!
So so. Not brilliant but not terrible either. While Red Kite takes its responsibilities seriously, tenants need to be on their case constantly to make sure they are holding up their end. There are times when one really has to get in their faces to get things done. They will drag their feet if one lets them do it.

Absolutely terrible! Couldn’t organise a pee up in a brewery! As said before, you need to hound them constantly before you can get anything done. Then they make promises that are never forthcoming! How long does it take to get a door locking mechanism fixed ? , nearly 3 months and still waiting!
