I have had 3 occasions to have to ask the council for help with problems in my home, the latest being yesterday. They have on each occasion been amazing. Had a call back the same day and the problem solved the next day. I would like to say thank you.

Absolutely shocked, my pipes are leaking when ever i use the tap and monday is the soonest they can do, so i cant use my tap to wash up for 5 days, fuming absolute joke would think that is an emergency since i need to was my pots and pans to eat!

Not very good when needing to speak to someone

I have lived in Redditch for 12 years, never had any issue with council. I have always found them to be polite and helpful, repairs are always carried out promptly.

Never seen a council like this.roads are broken.rain water come from gutters.and we still have to pay 128 pounds each month.garbage bin after 15 days.all of residents have to complain about this council.all of our money paid they are sitting on their chairs for doing nothing.

You are a joke 18 months for a fence to be replaced and over 2years to do aspessdoss in my kitchen sealing you are a joke
