I have had this policy a few years and it definitely gives peace of mind when hiring cars abroad. We recently had an accident and I found ReduceMyExcess excellent. I was able to speak to someone on the phone easily and they were helpful. The claim process was efficient and my claim was paid promptly.

I consider a scam business every business that reneges on agreed terms and this is case with this business. Suffice to say I shall NEVER EVER do business with REDUCE MY EXCESS and I recommend others to do the same.
