Super clean and well kept in the store. Everything was fairly priced and easy to find. Only hard part is that you have to ask for help with almost everything in the store since its all locked up, but at the same time I get it because you can’t just have people stealing things left and right.

One of my favorite used game stores! The staff is super friendly, very helpful, and they are actually very knowledgeable about most games! Some of the stuff there is a little overpriced, BUT you always know that whatever you buy will work. Worth it in my opinion.

Great selection of CD’s. Price is fair. The location is easy to find. The lay out of the store makes it easy to find what you are looking for once inside. Most importantly, the staff that I had contact with were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Well worth the 90 minute drive from Fort Wayne.

I appreciate this business. I’ve never left feeling ripped off or discarded. The staff are very good about communicating sales/trades and trends in a polite and efficient way. The shop is very clean and well-organized. I definitely prefer this establishment when compared to other video game/electronic stores around the city.

The staff is pretty cool every visit I’ve made. The 82nd street store is in my Humble opinion one of the states best kept secrets. Their prices are usually fair with current market values. From a purchases pov only since I’ve never sold to them personally.

I have been in this place twice and I will not be going back a third. The customer service truly isn’t friendly to people of different races. I do not recommend this place at all. If I could give it zero stars and negative times a 1000 I would.

These guys have almost anything you need and can search all of their stores for you to find whatever it is you are looking for. I initially had a bad experience the first time I came in but they have more than made up for it and rectified the problem for me. Pristine gaming and collectable store with knowledgeable and friendly staff!

This place is a wonderful find! I make it a regular stop when I’m near Castleton. The staff is helpful, enthusiastic & mostly young. Their knowledge of older, classic movies is thin based on their lack of exposure to any genre pre-1980s. I feel like a reel educator at times when I’m there.

The Exchange has a fantastic selection along with rare items. They’re CD, movie, and game selections are phenomenal! I did see records there, but didn’t look at them. Everything is fairly priced and you can find some real steals at this store. The Associates are very nice and are more then happy to help.

eBay prices for everything in the store. What’s the point? If you’re going to charge as much as eBay I’ll just shop off eBay. This chain of stores has the best selection of movies and they are organized both by type of media and genre. I love looking at their horror section and their Arrow collection. Great place to go if you’re looking for a hard to find movie.

This is my new favorite place to buy movies. I stopped by here for the first time today not expecting to get anything. I walked out with ten movies and only spent about twenty bucks! They have older movies and new movies along with vinyl records, and games and consoles. I like the layout and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

They have one of the most eclectic new-used gaming audio, video stores in the Indianapolis area.
