It is far from informal, much more formal and unjust than courts. Judges don’t have respect or take litigants in person seriously.
They are extremely unfair and unreasonable and rude. The whole system needs upgrading and judges need proper training.

Halpful administrative staff but panel of “experts” always sides with the state. It is deemed as informal but in truth it is very formal and judges (that I have) do not consider layperson.

This is a quite a place , well organised staff and seating arrangements in the court , there was no inconvenience!!
