Write a ReviewNot the best but not the worst we had to call around 7-8 times over 1 month to get the problem fixed but they fixed it eventually after sending wrong repair men several times. And we were given reimbursement that was roughly a third of our rent after making a complaint so I’m not that mad anymore
I have windows damaged and the wall is leaking This is from August 2022. and every time I call they say just couple of days only to call you back I called more than 15 times no one called me , no one cares. They keep lying at me.
Very disappointed.
Currently on 4 days with no electricity, heating or hot water. Still waiting for this to be fixed with no sight of it in view. Council don’t seem to care or even have any empathy with my issue.
Waiting for the bathroom wall to dry out, (damp) since March, if it ain’t drying itself out in this heat, please tell me when is it? Come on TMO really!
