Constantly on hold, options just send you round in circles without actually putting you through to an actual person. Then the call hangs up.
Calling the Phone Lines is a battle with the infinite queue, however in all fairness I’ve found the email communication very responsive, MySandwell works well for all the admin, and letters / post communication is frequent – so I’ll give them that.
Tried to pay garages here today, machine doesn’t have garage options. Cashier wouldn’t take my money. Very rude staff and not helpful at all. Just walked out without paying. Security tried to help but couldn’t. Need to get rid of the big fat cats and use the money to put cashiers back on.

A real nightmare dealing with them. Once you get 35 minutes of waiting time in the queue on the phone, they answer but do not speak. And after 5 minutes of silence they cut the line. They claim to complete work without even getting to premises, they collect information and leave you to duel in the mess and give little or no assistance at all. If you are in a hazardous condition, you will be left to die in it before they can notice a thing at all.
If you call you are on phone line around 45mins waiting time. The online system is not easy to use and if you use the email address it no longer works.
