Poor everything, krap phone line, customer so called services don’t reply for a few days, the help chat option don’t work as there is never anyone on the other end to help, can’t wait for contract to end! Never again! Be warned! Go with another company!
First few months download was amazing, 160mbps, but now I’m lucky to get 3mbps. When I contact Seethelight and they check my speed, lo and behold it’s working fine.. until the next evening. Disappointing

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve gone without proper internet for over a year because it’s better than being with this company. They steal your money and give you terrible internet. If you have a choice (unlike everyone in charlton Haynes) then stay away from this internet provider.
