Disgraceful and disorganised you can wait years for a response from six town houseing for repairs as it is never a priority for them. You can chase up as much as you want but will not get respose from any body and this goes right up the chain .only way u get a response is if you take legal action.
Had a bad neighbour call to report them told the that they were bulling other people on the street is live on and they just put the phone down
Waited 4 hours to see a walk in clinic for CA. Had to cut it short as the advisor had overrun. Had an appointment with her following week, specific time. Waited an hour then had to leave as still hadn’t been seen yet.
A modern clean reception, a huge improvement over the old office at the town hall. The staff are absolutely marvelous, truly they must be the best council anywhere.
Had a large item collected by James he is a credit to the 6 town housing team, friendly, polite, quick and masked up, he deserved a mention.
Moved into my flat in 2014, they’ve help me gain employment and go on a number of courses to help charter build myself, repairs have been quick and stress free compared to private housing.
Very friendly and helpful staff however they should not keep u waiting month for jobs to be done in the home when it affects ur health

Never known it so difficult to get through to someone to answer my question regarding housing. When you phone it is just a series of buttons to press none of which take you through to a person. Not good when your query is urgent.
Everyone work alone No Arrangement and coordination and each one as a manager does not implement what he says unfortunately
