Very disappointed with the service and rude Antenatal and maternity receptionist. I have been there twice and received both times bad service.
Seen fairly quickly however nurse exaggerated my son’s symptoms to get an ambulance to come & take him to heartlands. she was saying all sorts of things that weren’t true even down to what medication she’d given him. great way to get patients out when you don’t have any paediatricians about

My husband had an appointment at the eye clinic for 10-45 this morning he actually saw doctor at 12-15. We left at 12-25 and because of the farcical appointment system where at least 6 other people had the same time we were charged £5-10 for parking. Disgusting!!!!
