Southway’s antisocial behaviour officers show more support to tennants causing the problems than they do towards the tennants that are suffering from their offensive behaviour. Been complaining for years to Southway and as soon as I say I’ll have to move, they couldn’t wait to get the ball rolling.

Ppl who are vunrable and have non dependent living with them check your accounts. They charging you full rent and bedroom tax where as if you receive HB the bedroom tax is ment to be deducted from your housing benefit. Doing fraud on ppls housing benefits.

Take forever to answer the phone. Repairs department a shambles and do not know what they are doing. Their customer satisfaction survey does not ask questions that show a true picture.
