After trying a well known comparison site and being offered UK travel insurance at £500+ for one week, l tried Staysure. Their price was £88 for a comprehensive policy and, considering our quoted health problems, we think that is very reasonable. Will definitely use again. Thanks.

Last year I had to cancel my holiday as my husband’s hip replacement surgery collided with our holiday! Staysure were brilliant helping me through the cancellation and I did get most of my money back. I would recommend them to anyone, in fact I am using them again for this year’s holiday.

First time using Stayshure, this was a pleasant experience competed over the phone. The operative was efficient, professional and very helpful. I got a very good price for insurance for a holiday taking into account of my medical history.

Using Staysure Travel Insurance was easy and quick to do. The policy was also delivered almost immediately. Despite my age – 88, I was still able to get the policy, at a reasonable cost too.

Easy to insure our medical conditions. I opted in to receive mail and Staysure send out some really useful info, as well as some advertising but I don’t mind that, there is a delete button. I have not had a claim thank goodness so can’t comment on that hence 4 stars.

I found the whole process simple to do. The questions were precise and straightforward. A variety of quotes were offered once you had been through the medical questions and been accepted.These were detailed and were suited to your needs. The best thing was that you can pay monthly.

I’ve found Staysure’s website easy to follow and completing the quote form with preexisting health issues simple and straightforward with good prices. I’ve not had to contact them due to accident or health emergency over the last couple of years of buying insurance from them.

I have always used staysure as my holiday insurance as they are so easy to deal with. They don’t use silly wording that no-one can understand, it’s all straight talking English. We have never had cause to complain about them. I would recommend them to anyone.
