Was charged twice on council tax and had to spend time on the phone to get refunded. Also payment taken on the 5th when they say it’s taken on the 7th of each month. Also inefficient and lacking communication wise when me and my son worked as election staff a month ago.

Council tax is a Rip off. Bin collections are USELESS they keep on forgetting my bins. TOTAL SHAMBLES TO BE HONEST, NEEDS SOMEONE IN THERE WHO KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING AS THIS LOT DONT. i dont go into town no more car parking prices gone through the roof. Disgrace

I have just disposed of land in the district and I can honestly say that the service from your team in terms of an unregistered lease was excellent. Most Councils drag these issues out, however this really was not the case. Well done All

Moved house redirected post. Never received final bill for £46. Finally received court summons and fine for £82.50.

The council are a complete shambles in this town . All tourist get more and more disappointed by how this town is getting quieter and quieter with no night life and whilst Shakespeare and the butterfly farm are great this town will be a ghost town within 5 years tops .

Fantastic service today from our refuse collectors , both garden waste and recycling collected even though the road conditions are pretty dodgy. Thankyou.

Received my council tax bill this morning, haven’t opened it but probably increased , which considering we haven’t had our recycling collected for two weeks puts me in mind to ask for a reduction.

The very worst Council I have EVER had the misfortune to deal with. The Council Tax Department, especially, have given me grief.

ANSWER YOUR PHONE’S….. YOUR CUSTOMERS NEED TO SPEAK WITH YOU !!!!!!!!
