Do not use this company! I had a non fault claim that was handled appallingly by their claims dept Kindertons who were totally unprofessional and the whole experience was a nightmare. I requested a feedback form but never received it, hence my review now. I would never use Swinton again so be warned.

Terrible customer service on the phone. Took them TWENTY MINUTES to find the policy, then used an abrupt tone of voice, spoke over me, and couldn’t do the service over the phone anyway, then hung up without a polite goodbye.
Do not recommend.
