Unfortunately I faced a very unprofessional experience, and upsetting ordeal with this charity, very disappointed in their conduct and left questioning their morals,values and protocol as a charity.
I was left shaken up and let down.
My dad attends 3 times a week and absolutley loves it, kind friendly staff. Good food and plenty of cups of tea which dad loves.
My Aunty lives there and she had a stroke in July this year 2020 and they were amazing
