UK Border Force reviews

It’s funny how certain individuals specially ladies, can easily go through the special assistance lane while the rest of the people have to wait in the queue. The border force guy seemed very happy. It’s an absolute abuse to all of us who had to wait almost 2 hours in the queue.

Horrible staff with a real lack of humanity.

Came through Gatwick recently – Border Force with their new rightful authority and independence made me feel very secure and confident that our borders are being properly protected.

Egates closed. No staff. Dreadful wait times. Shambolic. Incompetent and underfunded. The World’s worst border force for 5 years running.

The electronic voice is all over the place and when you select an option it simply jumps back. Wasted 20 minutes without any answer

Very friendly officer. It did take us one hour to get through though, with non-EU passports. Would be nice if this could be sped up a little, for folks with tight connections.

Although we arrived on time, we missed our Eurotunnel train due to extreme incompetence of Border Force, who were working SO slowly it was almost laughable. Officer was the classic ‘jobsworth’ with no manners who delighted in taking several minutes to compare each of our faces with our passport photos – even a 3 months old baby. Where do they find these awful people?
