I’ve been with Best Friends vets for 7 years and always found the care and service excellent. I pay for the VIP care plan which gives me discounts and regular standard repeat worming and flea treatment via their postal service. I would recommend them to others in the Peterborough area.

Never take your pet in there, they don’t have staff over night, low skilled vet, they are not ready to make any emergency procedures or surgery with 2 people on the ward over night. Day care is okay but after hours is useless

Sat in reception for over 40 minutes which is unacceptable. Never get to see the same vet twice. Vets always look like they’ve been bothered… And show they can’t be bothered. Receptionists think they’re more qualified than a vet.

I had an appointment at 10:15 am and waited 45 minutes for my turn. Really ?? I do not recommend. Don’t waste time and you’d better find another place for your pet.

I travel an hour to get to this veterinary practice, but it’s worth it. Pets are treated with great respect and care, lots of open space within the practice so you can separate your pet if you feel the need to and it’s well equipped I.e x-ray machines etc.

Horrible reception staff, nasty, bitchy and sarcastic. The vets are good once you get past the witches on reception. Having a poorly pet is stressful and upsetting and having to deal with these horrendous women in order to see a vet is unacceptable.
