Wakefield Council working against you at every step, The staff in the council tax department require a training coarse on how to speak to people in a professional manner. They seem to operate with the standard Wakefield Council attitude problem. Tell you one thing on the phone then do the other and inform you 3 months later.

Worst IT and service systems ever!! Can’t even access their website, unable to access their swimming/fitness centres for timetables. No information available on government funds available to those struggling with living etc, etc, etc
