The online service is like 0. I just setup my direct debit for the next year. And what is happened the amount was different on website and on my bank account. I cant believe the system is so bad. And i just waste my time everyday for speaking the customer service.

Illegal Conduct
This Council sells double the parking spaces it knows it has available, then charges £70 per day when residents cannot park in their own road due to overcrowding. It’s exploitation and it’s disgusting.

Breaks GDPR and releases details of us. They have illegal parking contractors operating, who clearly think there above the law. Rude staff. A failing govt department who are not fit for purpose or to be operating.

Lots of immigrants in the area none of whom have assimilated. Literacy skills have nose-dived and the place looks very unkempt with fly tipping everywhere. A shadow of itself when looking back at the 90’s.

Every time I have dealt with Watford Borough council, whether its been the planning department, council tax or parking, they have been completely useless, incompetent and have no telephone manners.

The people working in the housing/homeless department are very rude. They talk to people like they are worthless and have no sympathy. I have witnessed this several times.

Whoever the vile woman is who works in homeless department/housing, deserves to lose her jo . Attitude on it is appalling and has no compassion for any English person asking for help
