My first time at the pool. I took my 19 month old granddaughter. She loved it. The water was a lovely temperature. Changing rooms spacious and lots of lockers. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Looks like they’ve removed a cap on Gym membership, To small a space with too many members. We’ve had a few occasions of turning up and leaving straight away as there was no equipment or space spare to use in the gym. A shame really, we’re now looking elsewhere.

Such a good place for kids’ swimming lessons. All the teachers are brilliant and make the lessons fun while they learn.

Friendly, great atmosphere, easy to find and has parking. 2 good size pools

Took toddler and baby swimming. Lovely quiet swim session on a Sunday. Nice environment to get little ones used to pool. Will return. Only criticisms are: family/baby change cubicle far too small and awkward. Freezing between pool and changing rooms. Better to take towels to pool side.

Great value for money and good facilities. Gym equipment has all recently been replaced so is new within last 3 months. Pool and changing facilities also good. Only vending machines are available for food and drink, would be great if there was a small café

The teaching pool is nice to take younger children, we had the entire pool to ourselves, however, you only currently get 45 mins which isn’t quite long enough. The changing rooms smell of urine, which was really pungent.

I’ve been coming to this leisure centre for either the gym, classes or swimming for years. I’ve been today and have to say what a poor standard the female toilets are in! The smell is horrendous, they’re dirty and not pleasant at all. I mentioned it to the receptionist and she did not seem the slightest bit interested at all!

Great pool & staff, I visit multiple times a week and am never disappointed.

Not the best… cool water freezing changing rooms and a very rude lifeguard… a disappointing family afternoon.

This place is ok but the changing rooms very often smell. The vending machines hardly ever give change meaning it costs £1 for chocolate/crisps at the end of a swimming lesson.

After some initial poor customer service and a really bad booking system this is overall a nice, small leisure centre

Nice place, friendly staff. Aways clean and presentable.

The facilities are good, the staff are friendly and responsive. The only issue I had was to do with membership cancellation.

My poor rating of the gym is mainly because ,more times than not,the gym is unsupervised.Also equipment is shabby and there are not enough floor mats
