I wish I could give them no stars. Paid my council tax every month. Get letters telling me I’ve not paid and that I’ll have a court summons. They can’t even cope with receiving payments correctly.
Just had communication about not having my glass collection box delivered , the help I have had from Natasha has been 100%, friendly and efficient. Terrible service from the departments I’ve dealt with. Traffic wardens take advantage of the fact that ringgogo sometimes glitches. Seem lack on COVD compliance.
Staff are always very helpful and friendly. Never had any problems resolving parking permits and queries regarding other services.
Sell double the amount of permits than spaces then fine people

The staff are very rude and unhelpful. Been to the council to collect a parking pass three times in opening times just to be told to come back. Avoid if you can.
