Always fairly unhelpful regardless of department in my experience – don’t expect much at all from this lot, and definitely don’t expect to be able to speak to an actual person – they’re all far too important, busy, unavailable etc – email, web forms etc only here and then of little use anyway. Well done Wokingham Borough Council. The resurfacing and white lining works around The Black Boy roundabout and Lower Earley Way are superb. The improvements are a credit to you and your contractors.

Absolutely rubbish service. Council charges a fortune and do not deliver anything of value. Very quick to take council tax and developers “perks” while infrastructure takes a beating. Traffic, schools and especially doctors appointments a huge issue. 1 star is flattering them

Overall had a positive experience with this council and the staff are helpful. Am disappointed with the recent delivery of blue waste bags though, they are not as durable as ones ive had in past.

I actually vote Tory, but not the nasty fraction that runs Wokingham. Once voted a top place in UK for a family, today a top place for rough construction workers, air and noise pollution and almost Victorian style waste collection.

Once called for help and was hung up on with “is this a sales call”. Clearly can’t cope with their own growth, schooling provision is notoriously poor.

Amazing, I walked right in and they gave me a 3 bedroom house and a garage for my dodge viper. All I had to do was prove I was foreign and they gave me loads of money too!

Effing useless! Tried to report a stray dog running around in the roads near a school barking at small children and they refused to collect the animal unless it was already contained.
