Bought a tap from Tap Warehouse who were helpful but when the tap developed faults they pointed me to Harrison Bathrooms. Several emails and calls later, they’ve completely ignored my request for spare parts when the tap supposedly has a lifetime warranty. It’s only 3 years old. Get rid of staff quicker than any company I have ever worked for. Was there 2 months having been an estate agent for 5 years, saw approx 5/6 people sacked within days of starting, no product or general training provided just thrown in at the deep end and told to get on with it. I bought a Scudo S8 Frameless Shower Enclosure, had a slight problem with the side panel but once the customer services manager got involved the problem was resolved within an hour and the replacement part was delivered by Harrison Bathrooms to my front door in Scotland 20 hours later.
