Could be a bit more welcoming and friendly. Everything folded up like you shouldn’t touch it. Prefer T-shirts on hangers, I’d think they’d sell more then too.

The worst customer service they have taken my money and the shoes Massimo Dutti wrongly sent me. Head office seem unwilling to sort things out. So I have no shoes and no money
