I have held an account with the Coventry Building Society for over 20 years. The service use to be excelent. I phonned the branch and the member of staff was very difficult to understand. The member of staff was rude and unhelpfull. I could hear other people laughing in the background.

Visited this Coventry today the staff are so friendly here and very quick.
