Impossible to get through to pay trial fee. None of the options answer including child services. Countless messages left, but none responded to. Apalling service …

I have been trying to talk to someone for over week no one answers the phone or email.. I’m supposed to give them my contact details for a court hearing at least 48 hours before and I’m completely stuck on what to do as the hearing is in 2 days, absolute joke. Would be different if it was the other way round you would be fined etc

Totally rubbish, the respondent just did and said whatever she wanted without consequence. I feel totally let down by these muppets despite there being blatant cases of child manipulation and alienation, they did nothing but pass the buck …
