Absolutely Abysmal service. Simply phoning the enquiries line it’s constantly engaged and when it finally gets through the phone rings out. Queries line is the same. Half a day and untold costs trying to phone through for a simple query. ABSOLUTE JOKE
Absolutely amazing staff, it was my first time at court and they were simply amazing, super friendly and helpful, I cannot thank them enough
