I'm on a IVA with them not told them but I've been with them 4 years never missed a payment I need my car to get to work so under the IVA I can count it as essential for me. The decision to go into an IVA should be yours? Not advantage, if your telling them you WANT to go on an IVA they will do there best to get the car back if you are under the impression that you can reduce the monthly payment include it in the IVA they wont have that. They are there to make money and make it by any means they will. If you want the car and need it for work you will have to pay it as normal and also pay your IVA debt payment separately. If you cant make both think the car will have to go back.

Just speak to them, don't bury your head in the sand. There are ALWAYS payment plans etc that can be made but be sure to ask questions about charges!!

I bought a car and got finance from advantage and the car has had problems since I drove it from dealership I've had over 1000 pounds of repairs done to the car and now there's a major repair needing done and I can't afford the repair I've had an independent report from them tell me that the car was fit from the deal that was from the dealership I don't know what to do as the car is at my front door not getting used and they still want there money there a joke they don't care about there customers they asked me to do a voluntary termination that would still cost me thousands
